Fraud ! I got sent watch instead of shoes . Seller would not refund me in full and asked that I understand their margin for shoes isn’t much n tried to convince me the watch is good . Alibaba only had option to return the wrong item that was sent to me and I pay for international shipping back to asia which would cost more than the shoes that they were supposed to have sent me. Case got closed alibaba and seller got my full money I’m left with nothing . Contacted customer service they were of no help . Even Shown proof of pics of the wrong product to seller n alibaba . Seller insist the post office must of exchanged my package m for me to take it up with post office . Makes me angry jus thinking of this situation.
